You are buying a print, not a digital file. Shipping and tax show before you pay. The artist or the lab prints, packs, and ships. PhotoCraft is only the storefront. PhotoCraft keeps seven percent of the photographer’s markup on each paid print sale (sale price minus lab print+ship cost). The rest is the artist’s after the sale is fulfilled. The lab bills the photographer’s linked lab account — never PhotoCraft.

If the print arrives damaged, contact the seller within fourteen days with photographs of the damage and your ticket number. A series marked “only on PhotoCraft” is a promise the artist made when the work was hung. PhotoCraft can take that series down if the artist breaks that promise.

Membership is a free seat or a paid seat. A paid seat is five dollars a month or fifty dollars a year. You may cancel on the Membership page. Access already paid continues to the end of that period. If funds from a sale are still held, the artist cannot close the account until that hold ends. Closing an account deletes the login, the studio, and the files. FieldCraft writing the member chose to keep may stay.
